Method

Step 1
In a mixing glass, muddle together banana, maple syrup and brown sugar.

Add Ameragave Gold and Black Walnut Bitters
Step 3
Add ice and stir. Double strain (very slowly) into a glass with a large cube.
Step 4
Sprinkle brown sugar on a banana slice and toast until caramelized, and garnish.
