Step 1

Prepare the Glass: Fill a highball or rocks glass with ice. For added flair, rim the glass with salt or Tajín for a zesty kick.

Step 2

Muddle: In a cocktail shaker, add slices of jalapeño and lime juice, muddle well.

Step 3

Add Ameragave Silver, fresh grapefruit juice and agave syrup.

Step 4

Shake It Up: Shake well with ice to chill the mixture and infuse the jalapeño flavor.

Step 5

Strain & Serve: Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
