The Crypt Keeper is a ghoulish cocktail designed for Halloween haunts. With Ameragave Silver as its base, it combines the citrus zing of Cointreau and Supasawa with a haunting grenadine drip for a spooky layered effect. Method

Step 1

Prepare your glass by rimming it with volcanic salt and chamoy.

Add a large ice cube with an eyeball gummy frozen inside to the glass.

Step 3

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz Ameragave Silver, 3/4 oz Cointreau, and 3/4 oz Supasawa. Add ice and shake well.

Step 4

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.

Step 5

Slowly pour 1/2 oz of grenadine to allow it to settle at the bottom, creating a layered effect.
