Lime Juice

Honey Syrup (equal parts honey & warm water)

Orange Bitters

Ginger Beer

Method

Step 1
Rim a rocks glass with a mix of Tajin and salt. Fill with ice.
Step 2
In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slice lightly to release its spice.
Step 3
